What is it

It’s an organized outdoor basketball league consisting of players ages 5 and up.

We have several divisions, but not limited to:

·        Mens competitive
·        Mens recreational competitive
·        womens competitive
·        Womens recreational competitive
·        Co-ed
·        Generational Developmental (parents or aunts/uncles play with younger kids)

Teams can have between 6-14 players. 

A player registration costs $99. 

It’s important to note, it’s player registration fees but you can register as a team or as an individual and you'll be put on a team.

I believe this will encourage more teams with smaller numbers of players.  This helps a lot when it comes to having schedules that accommodate players’ personal lives.

Players can play on more than one team, in more than one division but must pay for each registered team.

Games take place outside but only under ideal conditions.  If there’s any threat of rain, wind, lightening or heat, we move it indoors without question.

We have a backup indoor facility with concrete, not hardwood, thus keeping the ‘outdoor game’ feel.

Players receive:

·        8 games including up to 2 dates with a ‘double-header’ (2 games on the same day)
·        between 1-3 playoff games, single knock-out

·        a ‘pick up game’ posting board (not part of the schedule, just a secondary way to promote outdoor basketball)

Sponsors receive:

·        Big-time notoriety to our players and fans
·        Your logo on our website and at games
·        Access to our membership at your leisure through access to our ‘sponsor page’. 
·        Promote your specials and add SKOBL offers just for our players, through a secure, custom login on our website.
·        Monthly email promotion
·        First dibs on future seasons

Game Details

·        Mostly FIBA Rules
·        12 minute straight time, fast paced
·        10 minutes between games
·        Scoreboard and time-clock

When

·        Registration begins May 1st, 2024
·        Games begin Sunday May 26, 2024 (the Sunday after mothers day)
·        8 game Season ends Sunday July 7th, 2024 (Sunday after July Long Weekend)
·        2 weeks of playoffs starting Monday July 8th and culminating in the men’s final Saturday July 20th.

Our goals
